The International Trademark Publication has published a new, completely updated, electronic edition of its iconic publication, Trademark Administration. Glenn Bacal is one of two principal editors of the entire volume. David Andersen, formerly with the firm and now an attorney for BYU, is the Author of the 118-page pivotal chapter, titled U.S. Trademark Registration. David Andersen and Glenn Bacal co-authored a compilation of useful resources on Trademark Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
