Trademark Administration
For decades, from when it was a hard copy publication until today, when it is a digital publication, Glenn Bacal has been one of two principal editors of the iconic workTrademark Administration, published by the International Trademark Association on its website at www.inta.org Sean Garrison will carry on that tradition starting later in 2019. Glenn Bacal and Sean Garrison are the current Co-Authors of one of the chapters in Trademark Administration, namely the one entitled U.S. Trademark Registration ( David Andersen a former partner at our firm and now at BYU in the general counsel's office was the original author of this chapter). While he was at the firm, David Andersen and Glenn Bacal also co-authored a compilation of useful resources that was available for several years on the INTA website entitled Trademark Ethics and Professional Responsibility. Trademark Administration is a one-of-a-kind publication and is a major resource for trademark practitioners throughout the country, with chapters on all aspects of Trademark Practice. Glenn Bacal authored more than a decade ago a book entitled TRADE SECRETS, NONCOMPETES and ANTIPIRACY AGREEMENTS - A PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR BUSINESS published by The Cambridge Institute. We still get requests for copies of this book.
This is the opening page of Bacal's Internet Legal Research Guide, which was published and featured on the American Law Institute's website for over a decade.
